1) The pouring must be stable and the liquid flow cannot be interrupted. The metal liquid should flow into the mold cavity along the gate wall as far as possible to facilitate the casting defects such as pores and slag holes.
2) Pouring in accordance with the first slow, then fast, then slow pouring principle.
3) The ladle mouth should be as close as possible to the ladle cup to avoid oxidation caused by the metal liquid flowing long and to prevent oxidation of the casting inclusion. For example, pouring aluminum gold, it is better not to exceed 50㎜.
4) The pouring experience and precautions of sand casting can also be used.
