In terms of precision machining, the cutting accuracy of the mold can reach ±0.005mm, and complex curved surfaces are formed in one go, reducing repeated machining errors. In the pretreatment stage, we annealed the mold at 650℃ and tempered it at 200℃, and then arranged a 30-day natural aging. Technicians regularly monitor its deformation to eliminate internal stress to the greatest extent and reduce the risk of cracking in mass production.
